Class Timetable
Currently on Maternity leave. Classes will resume in November 2024
Booking is required by email (info@bodytrainingsolutions.com) due to restricted numbers.
You will need to bring your own mat for Yoga and Pilates.
If you have blocks/straps please bring them to Yoga.
Please bring a small hand towel to Pilates and a block if you require one.
If you are new to Pilates or it has been a long time since you have practiced Pilates you will need to attend a one off Pilates workshop to learn the fundamentals. Please see below the timetable for up coming workshops or send me an email to register your interest.
